Favorite feature: Interchangeable bracelets Condition:

The portal is very user-friendly and easy to use. We first had a bracelet where the print faded, but with the Lewise bracelet that's not an issue — you can still scan it, even as it gets older.

When we scanned it, we noticed how clearly everything is laid out, and that people can go straight to the phone numbers to let us know.

What we find most positive is the range of different bracelets, so our daughter can easily switch later if she wants a different one. We use it for epilepsy and think this product is suitable for many more purposes as well.

We saw this product at the home & household fair and bought it right away. We find the cost acceptable, since it's about our daughter's health. We would definitely recommend it — and we already do, to several people around us.

The Lewise bracelet gives Desiree and Douwe daily peace of mind for their daughter with epilepsy. The clarity when scanning and the interchangeable bracelets make this a product they recommend without hesitation.

Favorite feature: Ease of use Allergies:

We're really enthusiastic about the bracelet! It has genuinely become a nice part of our life. The ease of use is fantastic, although I notice the older generation sometimes needs a little extra explanation.

The most positive thing is that Niene herself has become more confident. She's quicker to go play at a friend's house because she's wearing her bracelet. She explains to other parents herself how it works. I would definitely recommend it — and I do, to people around us. Fellow allergy parents tell me they're going to order one too after I tell them about it.

In short: I'm very enthusiastic and convinced that it's a fantastic product that gives a lot of freedom to a child with allergies, and to the parents too. — Warm regards, Massja and Niene

The Lewise bracelet has made Niene more confident and gives the whole family more freedom. A product that recommends itself — which is why Massja is happy to recommend it to other allergy parents.

Favorite feature: Instantly available emergency information

We found the portal's usability good. Of course, as with anything, it takes a little getting used to.

When scanning, we noticed that all the necessary information — including the emergency number — is available right away. Parents and caregivers can hand over their children worry-free, with all the necessary information available instantly when needed.

We would definitely recommend the product to others. From our own experience, we now know the added value and broad usability of the product.

For Tony, the instant availability of emergency information is Lewise's greatest strength. Worry-free hand-offs — that's the core of what this product offers, and he wholeheartedly recommends it.

Favorite feature: Documents & step-by-step plan Allergies:

I personally find it really nice and easy to use. I can clearly add different information to keep my allergy details up to date. I also like being able to upload documents — that saves precious time at the hospital if something happens.

I've had a lot of positive reactions when showing Lewise to friends, family and school staff. Everyone agrees it's really handy. They like that my parents' phone numbers and the emergency number are available right away.

Before the bracelet, I often felt a lot of unease and panic when I went out alone. I was afraid no one would be able to help me if I had an allergic reaction. Since I've been wearing the bracelet, that panic has eased a lot. I just have to show it and others can help me. As a student who travels to other cities, that's a huge support.

I'd definitely recommend it to others — it doesn't matter what health condition someone has. I dare to do more now: eating out in another city, trying new things. The bracelet has given me more freedom.

The Lewise bracelet has literally given Amélie more freedom. As a student with severe allergies, it's a daily support that reduces her unease and panic. A recommendation for anyone with health conditions.

Fortunately, we as parents know how the system works. For some people it may still be unclear that the bracelet has a scannable chip — maybe it's worth adding a "scan me" label or a scan icon under the SOS sign. The scan mark on the band currently sits just under the arm, which makes it a little less visible.

The website works well and the information, once filled in, is clearly legible. When scanning, an automatic notification with GPS coordinates to the contacts would be a welcome addition. — Kind regards, Rob

In general, Amélie's friends are very happy with the bracelet. They say it can sometimes feel quite tense to go somewhere together, knowing there's a chance Amélie could become seriously ill. They feel a responsibility to help her, but are sometimes afraid they won't know how to act well in a stressful moment.

They say the bracelet reassures them, and that at the moment of an allergic reaction, it's one of the first things they think of.
